Before there were cameras and kart tracks, there were short stories in notebooks and toy cars on the floor. Holly grew up with a pen in one hand and a Hot Wheels in the other — drawn to real stories, real people, and the rhythm of racing. Her uncle won eight Emmys producing Wide World of Sports for ABC. Her high school yearbook said she’d be a producer. That wasn’t ambition. It was foreshadowing.
She read nonfiction like it was oxygen and binge-watched documentaries before streaming made that cool. Fiction never held her — reality always did.
In corporate America, she built businesses from the ground up and served as the culture engine behind them. As a globally awarded HR executive — named a Top 50 HR Leader and Top 100 HR Thought Leader — Holly wasn’t just leading people. She was designing frameworks that turned companies into communities and employees into loyal believers.
In 2023, she walked away from all of it. Not to slow down but to finally start doing work that felt like her.
She picked up a camera and followed her son to the track. Karting wasn’t just a weekend hobby, it became a lens into something deeper: the families, the fight, the quiet rituals behind the roar. What started as capturing his #180 kart turned into 180 Action Shots, a female-led photography brand trusted by national teams, race series, and scrappy underdogs chasing seat time.
But photos were just the start.
